Power to Peatlands Talk

Amelie Beucher, assistant professor at Department of Agroecology - Aarhus University, gave an extended presentation as part of the Power to the Peatlands' session on mapping peat properties, types and extent.

Amélie talked about the ongoing work in ReDoCO2 on the mapping of topsoil organic carbon content and peat thickness across the Danish peatlands using machine learning, in particular the variation and development of peat properties between 2009/2010 and 2020/2021.
